Omusubi is a Japanese rice ball restaurant bringing one of Japan's most beloved culinary traditions to the world. Founded in Hong Kong by Hyakunousha, the brand grew from a single booth at the 2010 Hong Kong Food Expo to over 100 locations across the city, and has now made its US debut at The Enclave in Los Angeles.

At Omusubi, every rice ball is made using premium Japanese rice sourced directly from partner farmers in Japan, with careful attention to quality, food safety, and sustainability at every step.

The Enclave location marks an exciting new chapter in Omusubi's mission to share this piece of Japanese food culture with the rest of the world.
