Founded in Hong Kong by Hyakunousha, the brand grew from a single booth at the 2010 Hong Kong Food Expo to over 100 locations across the city, and has now made its US debut at The Enclave in Los Angeles.

At Omusubi, every rice ball is made using premium Japanese rice sourced directly from partner farmers in Japan, with careful attention to quality, food safety, and sustainability at every step.
